90 days

from decision to your own live asset

Two ways in

One program. Two starting points.

Path 1 · Rebuild

You've been let go — or you see it coming.

Turn your severance into runway and your experience into an offer. In six weeks you go from shock to structure: a clear plan, a working AI stack, and your own thing live — before the panic spends your savings.

Path 2 · Get ahead

You're staying — but your job is changing.

Make yourself fit for the job of the future while you still have the current one. Master the AI tools reshaping finance, hand the repetitive work to your AI stack, and become the person who operates the new systems — not the one replaced by them.

The shift

The org chart is changing faster than the people on it.

If any of these sound familiar, this cohort was built for you — whether you come from banking, insurance, asset management or anywhere else in financial services. The restructuring wave doesn't check your business card.

Which AI tools actually matter — and which are hype?

Week III — you leave with a working stack of 12, set up on your machine.

My network is strong, but I don't know how to activate it.

Week V — contacts become conversations, without feeling like begging.

My CV describes a role that's disappearing.

Week II — your skills, translated out of bank language into market language.

I have runway, but no direction.

Week I — severance math and a 90-day plan. Clarity before spending.

I have ideas, but no structure.

Week IV — idea to tiny MVP in 7 days: landing page, Stripe, first users.

I've had enough theory. I need a plan.

Every week ends in something shipped, not something watched.

The program

Six weeks. Each one ends with something real.

Week I

Don't Panic

Severance math, mental reset, network audit, 90-day runway planning.

Week II

You Are Not Your Job

Skills inventory, AI-resistant capabilities, who you are beyond the title.

Week III

The AI Toolkit

12 essential tools, daily workflows — built to clear the repetitive work out of your calendar.

Week IV

Build Something Tiny

Idea to MVP in 7 days — landing page, Stripe integration, first customers.

Week V

LinkedIn Authority

Profile rebuild, the 5-post framework, engagement that builds relationships. Taught from experience: Michaela grew her own LinkedIn from 250 to over 2'100 followers in nine months.

Week VI

The Pivot

Choose your path — employment, consulting or entrepreneurship. Launch publicly. Plan the next 90 days.

After six weeks

What you walk away with.

Not a certificate for the drawer — assets that keep working after the last call.

01

Your own live asset

A landing page, offer or MVP with your name on it — online, with Stripe attached. Real, not planned.

02

A working AI stack

12 tools set up on your machine, wired into daily workflows that take the repetitive hours out of your week.

03

Your 90-day action plan

A concrete plan for the three months after the cohort — whichever path you choose: job, consulting or your own thing.

04

A market-ready positioning

Your experience translated into one clear offer, priced like a professional — plus a LinkedIn profile that carries it.

05

A peer group that stays

Finance professionals who walked the same six weeks with you — plus your accountability buddy for the road after.

06

12 months of AIXXII Pro

The platform keeps working after the cohort ends — agents, lessons and DICI, included for a full year on Rebuild.

Michaela Boppart

25 years in finance — turnarounds, cashflow, reporting, leading cross-border teams. Nearly a decade automating financial processes, and builder of the AIXXII platform with 500+ curated AI tools.

"I don't teach from a textbook. I'm walking the exact path this course lays out — right now. I know what 'no time, real bills, big ambition' feels like."

You deal with me directly. I take every Sunday call personally — there is no support team between us.

"The technology changes faster than the institutions that employ it. The people who win are the ones who learn to operate the new tools before the org chart catches up."

FAQ

The questions everyone asks before joining.

I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Yes. The program is designed for finance, sales, ops, HR and marketing professionals. No coding required — the AI tools do the technical lifting, you bring the judgment.
I'm not in banking. Is this course for me too?
Absolutely. "From Banking to Building" is where the program started — but the shift is the same far beyond banking: insurance, asset management, fintech, accounting, treasury, controlling, operations and HR. The skills translation, the AI toolkit and the build path work identically. If your role is being reshaped by AI and restructuring, this cohort was built for you — whatever your business card says.
What language is the program in?
Primary language is English. Live calls support a German-English mix, and materials are bilingual.
Can my employer or outplacement budget cover this?
Often, yes. Traditional outplacement in Switzerland typically runs from around CHF 2'500 at boutique coaches to CHF 25'000 at large firms; this program is CHF 199–4'900, so it fits comfortably inside most budgets. We provide invoices for reimbursement — email hello@aixxii.com.
Can the RAV (unemployment office) pay for this course?
Possibly, yes. If you are registered with a Swiss RAV, course costs can be covered as an individual training measure ("individuelles Kursgesuch", arbeitsmarktliche Massnahme) — the key argument is that AI skills improve your employability. Important: the request must be submitted to your RAV advisor before the course starts, and your canton decides. We provide a ready-made documentation package (course description, goals, schedule, costs) for your application — email hello@aixxii.com with "RAV".
What if I miss a live session?
No problem. Every live session is recorded and available shortly afterwards — you can rewatch any call for as long as your platform access runs. Live is better (hot seats, your questions answered directly), but you never lose a week because of a calendar conflict.
What if it's not for me?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase or before the second live session — whichever comes first, no questions asked. After that, a partial refund if you've completed less than half the program and tell us why it didn't work for you.
What happens after the six weeks?
You leave with a live asset, a 90-day action plan, and your AIXXII platform access continues (3 months on Survival, 12 months Pro on Rebuild) — so the tools keep working after the cohort ends.
Can I join with colleagues?
Yes — AIXXII for Teams starts at CHF 199 per seat with bulk pricing and custom cohort options. Email hello@aixxii.com with "AIXXII for Teams".
One decision

The industry is changing with or without you.

You can wait for the next restructuring announcement — or spend six weeks building your answer to it. Whether that answer is your own business or becoming the person your industry can't automate: Cohort I starts October 25. Enrollment closes October 21 — 30 pioneer seats, then it's closed.
